Key Responsibilities:
✅ Time Study, Method study, Improvement tracking on QCC, SGA & CFT.
✅ Lead new product development – sample approvals, process flows, fixture planning & feasibility studies.
✅ Drive Industrial Engineering initiatives – Lean practices, JIT operations, optimized layouts, IoT implementation, and cycle-time reduction.
✅ Manage SAP activities – BOM, routing, MM updates, cost-saving project validations.
✅ Conduct costing & analysis – release costing sheets, optimize transfer prices, yield analysis, and plan vs actual utilization.
✅ Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports to management.
✅ Support cross-functional projects (CFT, QCC, Kaizen, SGA) for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong background in NPD, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and SAP
✔ Proven ability to improve plant capacity, efficiency, and cost optimization
✔ Hands-on with BOM/ROUTING, capacity planning, and costing processes
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills
