Industrial Engineer

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for calculating SMV data, collecting and reporting it effectively. You will be involved in line planning and production planning for both man and machine resources. Additionally, you will focus on line balancing, CTQ, and setting individual as well as line targets. Your role will also include observing PP meeting points and implementing necessary actions, as well as conducting training for floaters to enhance their skills. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze planned versus actual production to ensure efficiency - Calculate CMP (Cost per Minute) to optimize production costs - Prepare reports on stoppages and underutilization of production lines for further analysis Qualifications: - 5 years of total work experience in a relevant field is preferred Please note that the job is full-time with benefits including Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
