Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jharsuguda for an Industrial Engineer. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with various departments to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Additional tasks include conducting time and motion studies, designing workflows, and recommending equipment upgrades to improve overall productivity. The Industrial Engineer will also be involved in ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Process Improvement expertise
• Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong Communication skills
• Relevant experience in industrial engineering or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• Ability to work on-site in Jharsuguda
• Experience in the EPC industry is a plus
