Onboarding process of joined employees, and induction 4. Payroll process, attendance maintenance & Leave management 5. Maintain 100% Legal & statutory compliance, Monthly & Annual returns management 6. Facing the statutory compliance audit, Payroll audit & periodic audits 7. HRIS, MIS and documentation 8. Monitoring general administration of the plant (HK, Security & facility) 9.Contract workforce management, monitoring contract supervisor on documentations 10.Liaisoning with Govt. authorities on License, renewals & approvals related to factory, Fire & KSPCB 11.Ensure workplace safety and ensure employees to follow safety rules Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Joining bonus Yearly bonus Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: HR Generalist: 5 years (Required) MSW Full time: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
