Job Title : Industrial Engineer (Costing & Commercial Planning) Industry : Intimate Apparel Manufacturing Reports To: Managing Director (MD) Location: Kalyan-Bhiwandi (Mumbai) Experience: 8–10 years preferred Role Summary: They will lead the commercial planning, pricing strategy, and financial oversight of the business. This role is responsible for accurate product costing, production feasibility, margin planning, raw material budgeting and customer-level profitability tracking. The role acts as a key and strategic advisor to the MD, ensuring the business is commercially viable and financially sound across all orders and clients. They will also play a critical role in proactively identifying leakages, inefficiencies, or pricing gaps across the business — helping management steer towards data-backed and profitable decision-making.
