Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef to join our team as a Commi 1, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh and innovative.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and quality control measures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef or commis 1 in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
Commitment to delivering high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.
