Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Enterprise SaaS Implementations to lead large-scale Zenoti implementations for enterprise customers. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, managing complex stakeholder environments, and ensuring successful enterprise rollouts of the Zenoti platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing ERP/SaaS implementations, data migrations, integrations, and enterprise customer deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Zenoti implementations
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Drive multi-location, multi-brand customer rollouts
Lead data migration, integration, and cutover planning
Own UAT coordination, Go-Live readiness, and hypercare phases
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise client stakeholders
Develop and maintain project roadmaps, RAID logs, and executive dashboards
Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery models across cross-functional teams
Ensure adherence to delivery governance, SLAs, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10–15 years of overall experience in project/program management
Minimum 5+ years managing enterprise SaaS or ERP implementations
Experience with platforms such as Zenoti, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Netsuite, or similar
Proven experience in data migration, integrations, and system cutovers
Strong experience managing enterprise stakeholders (CXO, VP, Operations, IT)
Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Freshdesk, or similar tools
Strong communication, leadership, and risk-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Salon, Spa, Wellness, Retail, Hospitality, or Healthcare domains
PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / SAFe certifications
Experience in global delivery and multi-country implementations

Experience Required: 10–15 years
