Job Description & Summary: A career within our Agentic AI team will provide the opportunity to design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions. You’ll you will design, build, and scale high-impact digital solutions using industry-leading platforms like Automation Anywhere and the Microsoft Power Platform and associated AI tools
Responsibilities:
· Develop & Deploy Automations: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable RPA solutions using the Automation Anywhere 360 platform (Control Room, Bot Creator, Bot Runner). · Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and SMEs to analyze and document business processes, identify automation opportunities, and gather requirements. · Technical Design: Create and maintain solution design documents (SDDs), process design documents (PDDs), and other technical documentation. · Integrate Python Scripts: Utilize Python for tasks that require complex data manipulation, custom logic, or API integrations that go beyond standard AA capabilities. · Support & Maintain: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement for existing automation bots to ensure they run smoothly in production. · Best Practices: Adhere to and contribute to our internal RPA development standards, best practices, and code review processes. · Explore New Technologies: Participate in proof-of-concepts and initial development on the MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to support our multi-platform automation strategy.
Mandatory skill sets:
· Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on development experience with RPA tools, with a strong focus on Automation Anywhere 360. · AA 360 Proficiency: Proven experience building and deploying bots, managing schedules, and working with the AA 360 Control Room. · Python Knowledge (Mandatory): Demonstrable basic knowledge of Python for scripting. You should be comfortable with data structures (lists, dictionaries), writing functions, and making simple API calls.
· RPA Lifecycle: Solid understanding of the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, from discovery and design to deployment and support. · Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills. · Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred skill sets:
· MS Power Platform: Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate (Flows) and Power Apps. · Certifications: Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (or similar). · Database Skills: Experience with SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). · API Integration: Familiarity with integrating automations with RESTful APIs and SOAP web services. · Cognitive Automation: Experience with cognitive/AI components like Automation Anywhere's IQ Bot is a plus. · Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
