About the Role

Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and deploy ERP/software modules.
  • Understand client workflows and map them to system functionalities.
  • Conduct end-user training and support clients during go-live.
  • Provide implementation-time and post-launch technical support.
  • Handle data migration, configuration, and issue documentation.
  • Maintain implementation plans, reports, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with development and support teams for issue resolution.
  • Travel across India for deployments and client training as required.


Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in software/ERP implementation or IT support

  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English

  • Strong client-facing, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of ERP systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

  • Strong time management and documentation skills


Preferred

  • Experience with

    School ERP

  • Willingness to travel as per project needs
