Job Description: As an Executive - Implementation at Pacific Group of companies, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing various accounting tools for clients. This role requires you to engage in client discussions, prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and ensure smooth software implementations. Your expertise in finance and technical skills are crucial for excelling in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Implement accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage Intacct, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, and other financial software solutions. - Demonstrate a solid grasp of accounting principles and financial systems. - Communicate effectively with clients through interactions, presentations, and emails. - Develop detailed and precise technical documents including FRD and BRD. - Perform well under pressure, adhere to deadlines, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. - Exhibit self-motivation to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining a keen focus on accuracy. - Show dedication to providing exceptional service to clients. - Possess experience with accounting software such as QBO, Sage Intacct, Xero, QBD, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Net Suite. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Finance, CA Inter, M.Com, or equivalent.
