Implementation Specialist

Role Overview: As an Executive - Implementation at Pacific Group of companies, you will play a crucial role in setting up and implementing various accounting tools for clients. Your responsibilities will include client discussions, documenting Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and ensuring seamless software implementations. Your strong background in finance and technical skills will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Extensive experience in setting up and implementing accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage Intacct, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, and other financial software solutions. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems. - Excellent communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and email correspondence. - Proficient in creating detailed and accurate technical documents (FRD, BRD). - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and solve problems. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail. - Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. - Experience with QBO, Sage Intacct, Xero, QBD, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Net Suite.
