We're looking for an Implementation & Solutions Consultant who will own the complete deployment journey for our key clients.
This isn't just about software setup; you will be the bridge between complex business requirements and technical solutions, leading implementations that often involve multiple stakeholders, custom workflows, and significant organizational change.
What You Will Do (Role Responsibilities)
Lead End-to-End Implementations: Take ownership of the full deployment lifecycle from understanding client requirements, scoping, configuration, training, to successful go-live.
Client Engagement: Work directly with senior client stakeholders to capture business needs, identify process gaps, and translate them into workable SaaS solutions.
Documentation & Solutioning: Prepare BRDs, PRDs, workflows, and technical documentation specifically to customer requirements/needs.
Problem Solving: Act as the go-to expert for clients by resolving roadblocks, suggesting workarounds, and ensuring smooth adoption, and know the best ways to leverage software features for quick resolutions.
Product Feedback Loop: Gather structured client feedback and share actionable insights with our product team to influence roadmap prioritization.
ROI Focused Delivery: Ensure every rollout delivers measurable value and client satisfaction, increasing long-term retention and upsell opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless deployment-to-support handover.
Experience: 2–5 years in SaaS implementation/enterprise onboarding/client success (preferably in HRTech, PayrollTech, ERP, or SaaS for Enterprises).
Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business processes into software workflows, troubleshoot configurations, and lead technical discussions confidently.
Documentation: Hands-on experience in writing BRDs, PRDs, workflows, and user training/implementation documents.
Communication: Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills. Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Leadership: Experience mentoring or managing small teams during complex deployments.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Independent thinker who can resolve client pain points with creative solutions.
Client-Centric: Strong focus on driving adoption, ROI, and long-term retention for clients.
