Outbound Process

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers of Kotak Bank.
Explain and promote banking products or services as per business requirements.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system accurately.
Meet daily and monthly targets set by the organization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates with minimum 6 months of experience in any outbound or sales process.
Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling or customer service.

Communication Skills:

Versant 3:
Average communication skills.
Versant 4:
Good communication skills.

Salary:

Graduate: Upto 18,000 in hand
