Job Description

Process: Kotak Banking Process Insurance Sales (Telesales)

Job Location:

We are urgently hiring for the Kotak Banking Process focused on Insurance Sales through telesales. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in insurance to join a growing team with high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for selling life/general insurance products.
Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly to the customer.
Ensure proper follow-up and close sales efficiently.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Minimum HSC (12th pass)
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in any insurance domain (Telesales preferred)
Language Skills:
Must have strong Hindi communication skills

Job Details:

Shift Timing:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off:
1 rotational week off
Salary:

In-hand (without CTC):
17,000
Take-home with CTC:
