Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Developing and Implementing Recruitment Strategies: Tailoring recruitment strategies to the specific needs of the BFSI industry, including utilizing various sourcing methods like job boards, social media, and networking. Identifying Hiring Needs: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements, job specifications, and desired qualifications. Building and Maintaining a Talent Pipeline: Creating and nurturing a pool of potential candidates for future needs. 2. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Sourcing Candidates : Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events. Screening and Shortlisting : Evaluating resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications. Building Strong Candidate Relationships : Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintaining open communication. 3. Interviewing and Selection: Conducting Interviews: Coordinating and conducting candidate interviews, often with hiring managers, to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Assessing Candidates : Evaluating candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to determine their suitability for the role. Making Hiring Decisions : Collaborating with hiring managers to make informed decisions on who to hire. 4. Offer and Onboarding: Managing Job Offers: Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth offer acceptance process. Facilitating Onboarding: Supporting the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. 5. Compliance and Reporting: Providing Updates: Keeping senior management informed about the progress of recruitment efforts. Tracking and Analyzing Metrics: Monitoring recruitment metrics and providing data-driven insights to improve future hiring efforts. 6. Other Responsibilities: Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in recruitment, and BFSI-specific requirements. Maintaining Candidate Databases: Managing and updating databases of potential candidates for future reference. Organizing Recruitment Events: Planning and organizing recruitment events, such as career fairs and networking events, to attract talent. Facilitating Candidate Relocation: Supporting candidates with relocation, if necessary. Preferred candidate profile Experienced into BFSI / NBFC Recruitment ( Talent Acquisition) Experience minimum : 3 - 6 Years Qualification : Any Degree Gender : Any Number of working Days : 5 Days. (Saturday & Sunday) Off. Every month of 1st Saturday Working. Can come for Direct Walk in Interview Meet Mr. Syed Basheer ( Recruitment Manager).
