Required Skills and Qualifications:

Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Ability to effectively present products, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Financial Acumen:
Understanding of financial statements, credit scores, and loan calculations.
Product Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of
HOME LOAN products and LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY
, policies, and procedures.
Customer Service Skills:
Ability to provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve issues related to loan applications and processing.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Compliance Knowledge:
Understanding of relevant regulations and policies related to lending.
Minimum Qualification:
HSC / Graduation.

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced in to LOAN SALES
New Customer Acquisition for loans
Minimum 6 Months Experienced in Loan sales into Filed.
CIBIL not Less than 700

Benefits:

Salary + Unlimited Incentives + LTA 3000 Per Month + Bonus 1.25Lakhs - 2.5Lakhs every year.
