Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Trainee located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Trainee will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The trainee will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and support employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits management
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus
