Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Trainee based in Lucknow. The Human Resources Trainee will assist with the daily functions of the HR department, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, supporting employee relations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience or internships in HR or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage

Pay: UPTO ₹10,000.00 per month
