Human Resources Trainee

The Human Resources Trainee role based in Pune is looking for individuals with 0-6 months of experience. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will support the HR team in maintaining employee records and databases, as well as coordinate onboarding and induction activities. Your role will also involve assisting in employee engagement initiatives and various HR operations, allowing you to learn and contribute to day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate for this position would be students who are pursuing or have completed their graduation or post-graduation in HR/Management or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. As a Human Resources Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to HR processes in a corporate environment.
