Job Description

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Experience : 1-3 Years (Relevant Exp.) CTC : Upto 3.5 LPA (Based on Interview Performance) Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements for various IT roles. Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Prepare and present recruitment reports to management. Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. Key Skills Required: Proven experience as an IT recruiter (in-house or agency). Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and platforms. Good understanding of IT terminologies, technologies, and job roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
