Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant job portals, social media, and otherrecruitment platforms
  • Source, screen, and evaluate applicants to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture
  • Shortlist and present suitable candidates to hiring managers for further consideration
  • Coordinate and schedule assessments, including online tests, telephonic, video, and in-person interviews
  • Conduct background verification and reference checks for selected candidates
  • Maintain regular engagement with offered candidates throughout their notice period to ensure smooth joining
  • Manage the offer process, including extending offers and handling all related documentation
  • Track and update candidate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding
  • Coordinate with external vendors for contract staffing and recruitment requirements
  • Support additional HR functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives during lean periods


Requirements

:
  • A high-level understanding of technology and technical skills required for handling ITRecruitment like Dot Net / Share Point / Android / IOS / Software Testing / Dynamics AX / Power BI/ IT Support / Azure / Typescript / React JS / Reactive Native / Angular /Java / Kafka /UI-UX / MS/DB/ Cloud etc
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Should be able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Basic Google sheet or Excel skills, like a pivot
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an added advantage
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in IT recruitment
