Human Resources Trainee

You will be joining our team as a Human Resources Trainee located at Hinjewadi phase 02, Pune. As a Human Resources Trainee, you will be involved in various HR management and recruitment tasks. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through different channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals. You will be responsible for screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Additionally, you will maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, handle initial candidate interactions and follow-ups, and assist in the onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Furthermore, you will play a role in supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
