Human Resources Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment activities sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Help organize and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database/HRMS.
• Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and policy updates.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events.
• Help monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll data preparation.
• Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and compliance documentation.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to support process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

• Strong interest in developing a career in HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or academic project experience in HR is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
