Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Trainee located in Noida. Daily responsibilities include supporting HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves employee relations, assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Proficiency in Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in an FMCG or retail environment is a plus
