Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the recruitment process such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding. - Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. - Supporting HR projects and initiatives. - Providing administrative support to the HR team including data entry, filing, and report generation. - Assisting in organizing employee events and activities. - Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends.
