As an IT Recruiter specializing in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process at NeerInfo Solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, specifically focusing on C2H roles. This includes screening candidates based on technical skills and project requirements, scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining internal databases and trackers. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating onboarding processes and documentation for successful placements. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong background in C2H hiring. A deep understanding of IT skills and technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines are essential for success in this position.
