Business Development Trainee

As an aspiring candidate for the position at SuperLabs, you will be directly involved with AugmntX, a talent marketplace platform. Your role will encompass various responsibilities including: - Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on potential clients and industry trends to uncover new business opportunities. - Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through diverse channels such as social media, networking events, and industry conferences. - Outreach: Support outreach efforts through email drafting, presentation creation, and engaging with potential clients via phone and online platforms. - Data Management: Ensure the CRM system is updated with precise information regarding leads, contacts, and client interactions. - Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to formulate strategies for client acquisition and retention. - Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports on business development activities and outcomes for senior management review. Qualifications required for this role include: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong interest in business development, sales, or the tech industry. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. - Self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
