Role Overview

You will receive structured training in the first month, followed by a performance-driven BD role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to

  parents (major focus)

  and explain course benefits.
• Understand requirements related to public speaking learning.
• Schedule demo sessions with high conversion potential.
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure parents attend scheduled demos.
• Coordinate with trainers and BD team for smooth demo-to-admission flow.
• Close admissions for Public Speaking.
• Maintain daily reports, call logs, and CRM entries.
• Meet weekly and monthly demo and closure targets.

Requirements

• Excellent

  communication skills

  and a confident, polite tone.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and explaining programs clearly.
• Ability to work responsibly

  from home

  with good self-discipline.
• Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs.
• Freshers can apply; prior counselling or BD experience is an advantage.
• Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Salary Structure

• 1st Month Training:

  ₹10,000

• From Month 2:

  ₹18,000 per month
