What You’ll Do

• Support in drafting and updating job descriptions for creative and communication roles.
• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, and social media).
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate data and reports using Excel and internal tools.
• Be part of onboarding new joiners and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Understand the agency structure, roles, and functions — from copy and design to strategy and client servicing.
• Build relationships with candidates and represent Grapes’ creative culture in every
• interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous internship experienc

  e

  in recruitment, HR, or within an advertising/creative agency is preferred.
• Strong interest or understanding of advertising, creative, and digital agency roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with Excel and coordination work.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn the ropes of recruitment in a fast-paced agency setup.
