Human Resources Trainee

You will be actively engaged in recruiting activities, screening, and interviewing candidates. Your role involves interacting energetically with candidates to identify potential fits for open positions and developing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. It is essential to convincingly and effectively communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Qualifications required for this role include any UG/PG qualification, with a preference for Freshers. Strong English communication and convincing skills are necessary, along with familiarity with MS Word and Excel. You should be energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people and open to working night shifts (No Cab Facility). Please note that this is an in-office position, and WFH is not available.
