Role Overview: You will be joining Tesla Outsourcing Services as a full-time Human Resources Trainee based in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibility will involve assisting in various HR functions such as HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting employee engagement initiatives by collaborating closely with the HR team.
