About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end hiring needs for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
• Post jobs on various portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and track performance.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
