Role Description

This full-time role is for a Human Resources Specialist, located on-site in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will handle day-to-day HR activities, manage HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and take care of personnel management. Other tasks include implementing HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Talent Acquisition
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
