Role Description

This remote, temporary role as a Human Resources Specialist involves handling HR management and policy implementation, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The HR Specialist will be responsible for maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall HR function within the organization. Additional duties include conducting employee onboarding, handling employee relations, and assisting with performance management processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards
• Experience with Employee Benefits administration
• Skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the FinTech industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
