Role Description

Motion Graphic Designer

You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to bring technical concepts to life through compelling motion graphics, animations, and videos that educate and engage our user base.

Responsibilities

Design and animate
explainer videos
that clearly communicate complex blockchain and FinTech concepts.
Develop motion graphics, visual effects, and animations for web, social, and product platforms.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand key messaging and translate it into compelling visual stories.
Create storyboards, video scripts (optional), and motion design assets from concept to completion.
Support other design needs such as graphic creation, video editing, and brand-aligned motion templates.
Stay current with design trends and best practices in motion design and blockchain marketing.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in
Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Production
.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through
motion graphics and explainer videos
.
Good grasp of visual design principles, animation timing, and user engagement strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver on tight timelines.
Familiarity with
blockchain, crypto, or FinTech
is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Bonus Skills

Experience producing content for Web3 protocols or crypto-native platforms.
3D animation or visual effects (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
Sound design or voiceover coordination skills.
