Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR management, implementing and managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and managing personnel. Daily tasks include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Experience in developing and managing HR Policies.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and their administration.
• Experience in Personnel Management and employee relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
