Human Resources Specialist

Position: Human Resources Executive

Location: Coimbatore, Onsite

Experience : 1 + Years

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• 1+ Years of experience in IT HR related field.
• 1+ Years of experience in Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Assist in performance management activities, including performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Administer and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and related platforms.
• Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Develop and optimize workflows and automation to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software is a plus.
• Proven experience in HR systems administration or HRIS management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations in India.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
