Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Kurukshetra. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound calls, providing information about our services, and setting up appointments for the sales team. The candidate will also be required to follow up on leads, maintain accurate call records, and achieve daily call and lead generation targets. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in outbound and inbound calling Ability to convey information clearly and effectively Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience in digital marketing or a similar field is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
