Job Responsibilities: 1. Attendance & Leave Management -Maintain daily attendance records through manual or biometric systems -Track late arrivals, absentees, and early departures -Process employee leave applications and ensure proper approvals -Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing 2. Payroll & Salary Management -Calculate monthly salaries based on attendance, leave balances, and overtime -Prepare and issue salary slips -Handle statutory deductions like EOBI, Social Security, and taxes -Coordinate salary disbursements via bank transfers or cash payments 3. Recruitment & Onboarding -Post job advertisements and shortlist candidates -Schedule and coordinate interviews -Handle documentation for newly hired employees -Conduct orientation and onboarding for new staff 4. Employee Record Keeping -Maintain up-to-date employee files (CNIC, resumes, offer letters, contracts, etc.) -Keep soft and hard copies of all HR-related documents -Regularly update the staff database 5. Office Administration -Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement -Maintain inventory and record of company assets -Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance -Handle courier services, utility bills, and other office-related tasks 6. Policy Implementation & Compliance -Ensure HR policies are properly communicated and followed -Assist management in enforcing discipline and company rules -Prepare HR-related reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.) 7. General Administrative Support -Address and document employee grievances -Coordinate with management on HR and admin matters -Arrange internal meetings and assist with logistics as required Key Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
