Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, enhancing customer service, analyzing sales data, and implementing ecommerce strategies. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory, updating product listings, and ensuring seamless order processing. The role also involves coordinating with other teams to improve overall sales performance. Qualifications Experience in e-commerce platform management and social media marketing. Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills Excellent Analytical Skills for data analysis and strategic decision-making Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills Detail-oriented and ability to multitask Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in ecommerce or retail is a plus Show more Show less
