Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Specialist, located in Mumbai. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing various aspects of e-commerce operations, including product listings, sales analysis, and improving the overall customer experience. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online sales, monitor market trends, and ensure seamless platform performance. Daily tasks will involve analyzing sales data, maintaining communication with customers, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring market trends, and making data-driven decisions
• Customer Service experience to enhance the buyer experience and ensure satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with teams and interaction with customers
• Knowledge and experience in E-Commerce operations and platform management
• Proficiency in Sales strategies to drive revenue and optimize conversion rates
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in digital marketing or related fields would be an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
