Location : Coimbatore Experience : 1 + Years Skills: Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Marketing Promotion Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and creating and delivering presentations. Daily tasks also include maintaining communication with potential clients and identifying new business opportunities. Qualifications Professional attitude and appearance. Excellent Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering Presentations Exp. in Software/ IT Hardware industrial /Automation Sales & Services Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Prior experience in technology or service industries is a plus Sales through inbound & Outbound lead follow-up & Emails Lead Generation and Market Research skills Strong Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Hands-on experience with instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms . Cold Calls, Generating New Inquiries Customer Meetings & order conversion Cold calling and explaining the product and services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. Proficiency with CRM tools and SAP or similar ERP systems for managing orders Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis into CRM.
