● BDE: ₹2.16 – ₹3 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance

● BDM: ₹4.80 – ₹6 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Qualification:

● Any ITI Mechanical or Graduate / Bachelor of Engineering / B.Tech

For BD Manager:

● Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and networking

● Maintain client records and activities in CRM

● Present monthly/quarterly sales reports and meet sales targets

● Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

● Build and maintain strong client relationships

● Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients

● Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence

● Work with accounts team to ensure timely payment collections and define credit terms

● Participate in sales meetings, training, and workshops to enhance skills

Skills & Attributes:

● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

● Technical/product knowledge of commercial vehicles (BDM essential)

● Target-driven with a customer-focused approach

● Ability to work independently and in a team
