Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Gurgaon. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance and supporting the development of a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources, including HR Management and HR Policies
Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
Prior experience in the real estate or related industry
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
