Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and induction of new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support performance management processes and training coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools/software
