Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Lucknow. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. The Recruiter will also be involved in managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
