We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UK Recruiter to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in UK recruitment, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with clients and candidates in the UK market.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database), conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications. Familiarity with UK job market trends, compliance, and visa requirements is a plus.

Candidates with US recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply, provided they have a solid grasp of international hiring standards and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and be capable of managing multiple roles across sectors such as IT, healthcare, engineering, and finance.
