About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UK Recruiter with 4-8 years of hands-on recruitment experience specializing in contact roles to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK recruitment landscape, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in sourcing and placing candidates in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for contact roles across multiple sectors, primarily in the UK market.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate and client databases using ATS tools.
Provide market insights and talent mapping to support workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity hiring, and GDPR regulations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
Stay updated on UK employment laws and recruitment trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

4-8 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience with a focus on UK contact roles.
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for diverse contact roles (e.g., Customer Service, Sales Support, Client Relations).
Strong knowledge of UK job market, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience working with client and candidate databases.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
