Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen & submit candidates for UK roles
• Coordinate interviews and manage pipelines
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring goals

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business preferred)
• Strong communication & people skills
• Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools
• Enthusiastic, target-driven, and willing to learn
