As a UK Recruiter at IMS Group (Interactive Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) under the IMS People Possible division, your role will involve sourcing candidates from various channels such as job portals, databases, and references. You will be responsible for submitting qualified candidates for open job requirements and building long-term relationships with potential candidates. Working under tight deadlines, you will conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants" abilities. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong willingness to self-learn, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A diploma or bachelor's degree is required for this position.
